What are you looking for?

Do you have stuff? I have stuff. Stuff everywhere. Too much stuff. I need to get rid of some stuff. In our busy lives filled with endless things to do we can lose track of what is important. And often in those days we can misplace things. I, for example still have not found my glasses. And those are pretty important. You think I would keep better track of them.

Another thing that is important to always keep track of is our God. Our Lord Jesus.

Seek the LORD and His strength, seek his face continually. -1st Chronicles 16:11

We are to continually seek him. Now I know what you are thinking. How do I do that all the time? Continually? I have reports to finish and spreadsheets to update and on and on...

That's how. By doing all of these things and by doing them as if for the LORD . It doesn't mean to always and only be on your knees praying. There is a time for that to be sure but you can see God all around you if you open your heart and eyes.

When you Seek the LORD you will find Him. And the cool thing about that is that we you do, you will also find a strength. A strength that comes from Him.

When you do this long enough it becomes automatic. You start seeming him and his glory everywhere. This in turns provides a strength that can only come from him and the promise of seeing his face on that great day.

Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually -1st Chronicles 16:11.
