Four words.

If I say four words odds are you know the rest.

Roses Are Red, Violets…

Every Rose Has It's…

For God So Loved…

But what about? For God did not

Can you finish that one? No? Maybe some of you can. I couldn’t. But what about if I said...

For God so loved...

I bet you can finish that one right?

• For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. -John 3:16

That’s an amazing verse that says SOO much. It speaks to the volume of God's love for us. But what about those other four words?

• For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. -John 3:17

I think that one says just as much. God loved us so much He sent his son Jesus. So that we could be saved, because he was sent here to save it. And I think some people only see God as this vindictive all powerful super being that is out to punish everyone. That’s not what he wants at all. He sent His son to save the world. not to condemn it. He wants us to be saved and he gave us the out. Jesus. He knows we are weak and sinful so he gave us Jesus to be the way. The way to salvation. For God did not want to condemn the world. For God did not want you to fall away. For God did Not want anyone to suffer. For God so loved the world. For God so loved you.

Press on. Fight the good fight. As a Soldier for Christ.
