So. Have you ever told a little white lie? Just a small tiny little lie. No one got hurt right? Right? Thing is, a lie is a lie is a lie. No matter how "big" or "small" it may be. In the end the truth will always come out and someone will get hurt. Most usually it's the one doing the lying.
* And God spoke all these words -Exodus 20:1
* You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. -Exodus 20:16
Crazy thing is, this seems to come second nature to us. It seems to me that as kids no one teaches us about lying. Kids just instinctually know how to do it. Why? Where does that come from? Is it really as simple as we just don’t want to get in trouble? Because we think we will get in trouble? Irony of ironies is that nine times out of ten if we would just tell the truth we would not be in near as much trouble as we get into when we lie about it. Whatever "it" may be. Just get the truth out there because…

That’s right. No matter what at some point it's all going to come out and we will have to answer for our little white lies.
