Accept

We all want acceptance. No one wants to be an outcast. It's a wonder then why so many who crave and want acceptance refuse to turn their lives over to the only one from whom acceptance matters.

* The wise in heart accept commands, but a chattering fool comes to ruin. -Proverbs 10:8

As followers of Christ, we have accepted the gift he gave us on the Cross. And as such we are called to..

* Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God. -Romans 15:7

We must accept each other just as they are. We can not choose who we want and reject the others. That is not our place. We are to accept everyone with love and kindness in our hearts and to serve them as Christ would have. If they reject Christ flat out is not fur us to judge.

* There is a judge for the one who rejects (HIM) me and does not accept (HIS) my words; the very words (HE HAS) I have spoken will condemn them at the last day. -John 12:48

We can introduce others to Christ but we can not save them, only Jesus can offer that. They just need to accept the gift that was given. We must accept them for who they are and tell them what we know. Christ Jesus went to the cross. Paid for our Sins with his life. Was baried and rose to life and lives now waiting for us to come to him.
